Yarnnu Update - March 25th, 2025

Hello crafters, creatives, and artists!

A little update here. I added some new fields to the product form so it could better capture all of the necessary information you might want to include in your product posting. The product form was getting a bit too long to manage in one file, so I broke it up into components. The downside was I broke the product form, and it no longer worked at all. So that's all I've been working on for the past few days. The plus side is I got it fixed tonight and having it broken into components means it will be more maintainable in the long run. I've caused some pain now but hopefully that means I'll avoid a much bigger headache in the future.

The new and improved product form can now handle inputs for:

name,

description,

price,

listing status (active, hidden, disabled),

shipping cost,

handling fee,

item weight, length, width, and height,

shipping notes,

if you want to provide free shipping

if the product is digital or physical,

stock,

product images,

a product file if it is digital,

if you want to offer a discount,

marketplace categories,

both product and material tags,

options/variations,

how long it will take to process in stock and out of stock orders,

a section to explain how it's made,

if you want it to be a product drop and the date it drops,
